Terms of use.

By using gimmeproxy.com or its API you agree to these terms.

The service

gimmeproxy finds public open proxies, checks them, and returns one at random through its API. The proxies belong to third parties; we do not run them, control them or carry your traffic through our servers.

The service is provided as is. A proxy that passed a check can stop working at any time, and we do not promise any level of availability, speed or anonymity.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the traffic you send through any proxy.
  • Do not attack, overload or try to break into the service, the proxies or other systems.
  • Stay within the free allowance or the limits of your plan; do not rotate addresses or keys to get around them.

No resale

Sublicensing the gimmeproxy API for use by a third party is prohibited. Consequently, you will not create an API client that functions substantially the same as the gimmeproxy API and offer it for use by third parties. You will not create an API client that augments, repackages or modifies the gimmeproxy API and offer it for use by third parties.

Paid access

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, under its buyer terms. Prices exclude VAT; taxes may apply depending on where you live. A key may be suspended if it is used against these terms.

Changes

We may change these terms or the service. The version on this page applies. Questions: [email protected].
